I own two brick and mortar fitness studios: barre3 Eagle and barre3 Boise and I am a Legacy Ambassador for Lululemon. I hired my first life coach to help me cure my business burnout. Now I am a Certified Life Coach with a private practice where I help female founders and “preneurs” build businesses and multiple streams of revenue that support the lives they want to create.
